BIO

The world benefited greatly from having Dr. Martin Asare Anim in it for 68 years. On February 16, 2018, Dr. Martin Asare Anim left this earth less than two weeks after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. It was a shock to his family, his friends and his patients.

Dr. Martin Asare Anim, also known as Kwasi Martin by his close friends and family, was born on April 6, 1949 in Ghana. He attended Prempeh College in Kumasi and gained admission to the University of Ghana Medical School. Through the force of his intellect and personality, he pursued an advance career in medicine and forged a path to the United States to build a new life for himself and his family.

He was a devoted husband and father. He especially valued education, something that was instilled in him by his own parents and made it clear to his children from an early age that education was to be the number one priority in their lives. Aside from being a tremendous husband and father, Dr. Martin Asare Anim was also a kindhearted, considerate and compassionate physician.
